(1:14) Russell Joyce and Tim McCormick share that they are co-hosting this episode for Father’s Day. They answer some rapid fire questions about themselves. 

(9:09) Rakhi says she wants to honor the dads in this episode and asks which saints Russell and Tim most connect with. 

(13:02) Nicole asks about what spiritual leadership looks like inside their homes. Tim says that the answer is simple things like attending church. Russell says reading your Bible and starting the day with prayer.

(16:30) Nicole asks how the men live the vocation of their relationship with their spouses. Russell replies that the most important part is liking your spouse. He also shares his conversion story. Tim discusses why he and his wife do not call each other soulmates and how they grow together. 

(23:14) Nicole asks what Tim and Russell think about the way dads are portrayed in the media. Tim and Russell discuss that there is more to dads than the one dimensional caricature that is often shown. 

(26:08) Rakhi asks if the same caricature exists about Catholic men and fathers. Russell and Tim share what they feel Catholic men and dads need, including ways to be intentional in prayer and grow in their faith. Rakhi shares how she feels dad groups need to look different from mom groups. 

(31:49) Nicole asks for parting words of wisdom. Russell says to go to church and to have a deeper relationship with our church and our children. Tim shares that there are many resources online to educate yourself on the faith, and he encourages dads to be present with their kids. 

(34:36) Nicole says that making opportunities to be with your spouse is key and shares a story about a time her husband was present with their son.

(38:22) Rakhi asks for a concrete action for the listeners for the week ahead. Tim says that it is important to know your vocational call and to think about the correct order of that – God, your wife, your kids.
